The way I see it, sitting around a table over well prepared food is what makes strangers into friends and friends into family. So, many wishes for plentiful encounters with strangers, long drawn out dinners, a warm house, and endless adventures in the kitchen and elsewhere.

An Explanation
Wilde Oscar Says: One simply can't be in the library and the kitchen at the same time.
How the project works: Every Wednesday at 3pm Pacific time there'll be a new post. The project is intended to last exactly one year, ending on October 3rd 2011. It was designed with some speculation as to your dining tastes: cheese, chocolate and crepes for Salima, fish, soup, potatoes for David. It's all been tried out in the test kitchen, with a few mods and narration provided by Wilde Oscar along the way. The hope is you'll check it out every now and again when you need some inspiration in the kitchen. Perhaps you'll find it useful.
Tips: You can click on any of the images for a closer look. Also look to Wilde Oscar for a bit of advice now and again. He's the little green fellow in some of the pictures. All images are originals taken during the trial runs in the test kitchen.
